| The Dad's Day Du is a 2M Run/10M Bike/2M Run and the Double Du is F1 style of 2M Run/10M Bike/2M Run/10M Bike/2M Run through and around Williamson County Regional Park in Leander, TX. It starts and finishes inside the park at the inner circle. |

| This is a USAT sanctioned event and all
USAT Duathlon rules apply: especially no drafting, no headphones, no riding on your bike w/o a helmet, no exceptions for Dads! You must have a
USAT membership or purchase a one day membership for $10.00. You may purchase a one day membership when you pick up your packet. |

| This event is at the beginning of summer, so be prepared to toast your buns; wear sunscreen, bring extra fluids
(there will be aid stations on the course throughout the race) and dress accordingly.

| POST-RACE Refreshments include
breakfast
Galaxy Cafe, as well as ICE COLD ONES (water and soft drinks). THE EVENT WILL CAP AT 500 SO PLEASE REGISTER EARLY.
